קצבה

קִצְבָה, קִי׳f. (קָצַב) decision, definition, limit, definite scope. Gitt, 52a דבר שיש לו ק׳ a thing (religious duty) for which there is a definite time and limit v. קָצַב. Pes.VI, 5 אם אמרת … שיש להן ק׳וכ׳ you cannot draw an analogy between congregational offerings (on the Sabbath), which are definite, and the Passover sacrifice, which is indefinite; Y. ib. 33a.
